With ELEXIO App you can:

  • Give online.

  • Set up recurring payments.

  • Check kids in for kid's ministry.

If you'd like access to the church directory, you must be a regular attender or member of New Hope Church.

Download and enjoy our Elexio Community App.

Step 1: Download and install the app for Android or iOS.

​

Step 2: Launch app and replace the word "domain" with "newhopeadel".

Step 3: Enter your user ID (FirstName.LastName - don't forget the period in the middle!) and password then click "Sign In."

 

If you have not received a user ID and password already via email, fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

To retrieve an existing username / password

 

  1. Click on Elexio Login

  2. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  3. Click on Forgot My Password

  4. You will receive an email with a new password (Note:  your user name will now be your email address)

To change your password

 

Log in:

  1. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  2. Enter password

Once logged in:

  1. Hover over the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click View Profile

  3. Click Account

  4. Under Credentials enter the new password

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click SAVE

  6. Log out (upper right corner) and log in using the new password

To SET UP a recurring gift

​

Log in:

  1. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  2. Enter password

​

Once logged in:

  1. Hover over the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click View Profile

  3. Click Giving

  4. Click Give Now

  5. Click Recurring

  6. Enter the amount and other information

  7. Select Payment Type

  8. Click Submit

To EDIT a recurring gift

 

Log in

  1. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  2. Enter password

Once logged in:

  1. Hover over the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click View Profile

  3. Click Giving

  4. Click on the gift you wish to edit

  5. Click on the blue pencil icon at the far-right side of that line to edit

  6. Click Submit

To download the giving statement

 

Log in

  1. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  2. Enter password

Once logged in:

  1. Hover over the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click View Profile

  3. Click Giving

  4. Click STATEMENT

  5. Select appropriate options

Instructions may be different for Android devices.

To install the phone app

​​

  1. Download and install the  Elexio app for Android or iOS

  2. Launch the app

  3. Type newhopeadel for the domain

  4. Enter username (FirstName.LastName)

  5. Enter password

  6. Tap Go

  1. Tap the Elexio icon

  2. Enter username (firstname.lastname or email address)

  3. Tap Forgot Password

  4. You will receive an email with a new password (Note:  your user name will now be your email address)

To change password

 

  1. Login to Elexio

  2. Tap on your name or picture if you have one uploaded

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

  4. Tap Change Password.

To view giving history

​

  1. Login to Elexio

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap GIVING to see your giving history

To edit a recurring gift

​

  1. Login to Elexio

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap GIVING to see your giving history

  4. Tap on the donation to edit

  5. Tap on the pencil icon to edit the amount

To use Mobile Check-in after initial in-person check-in

 

  1. Login to Elexio

  2. Tap on Check-in on the green bar

  3. Tap on the child to check-in

  4. Tap on the group he/she is checking into

  5. Include notes such as allergies on the Badge

  6. Tap Done

  7. Repeat for other children

  8. Tap the green "check in"
